Zecma giggled. "Since you think I am so cute, I think you should try it out for a while." POOF! He magically changes Casey into a toon mouse with small horns. He looked like a devil mouse, but Zecma was smart enough NOT to make Casey become the real species. Underworld Laws and such could make things sticky.
Casey was sitting on the desktop near Monjaro and Zecma. Monjaro shook his head. "How long is he going to be like that, Zecma?" "Oh, I'll change him back before I leave," said Zecma. "There will be no harm done. Besides, I was smart NOT to change him into a devil mouse. The Yuskay Laws that are in place really enforce the Registered/Non-Registered status. There are no Wyld factions anymore. You are either Non-Registered or willing to Register. Anyone changed into a Devil Mouse get a year to make the willing decision on either status. If at the end of the year they want to return to their original species and choose neither option, then they get restored for free. It's just not as fun to change someone into our species anymore since the victim can get out of it too easily." -------------------- |

Unfortunately for Zecma, he learns of his mistaken just a bit too late as a teleportation effect goes off. A robotic voice says quietly, "Experimental subject isolated in Chamber 4. Subject Identified as Subject 319-Beta. Subject 319-Alpha, confirmed faulty."
Bastan blinks and walks over, "What...the hell...did you just trigger, Zecma..." End of Episode Three: Insanitarium Cover Up Mystery
