Colleen tried really hard to improve the conditions of the Road Rover team, usually to no avail. Finally, Colleen simply had enough of the infantile antics of her Road Rover team mates, and, with Prof. Huber's help, Colleen began recruiting her own special team of unusual canines. But when a new evil attacks and destroys Mission Control, Colleen, Prof. Huber, and Colleen's dream team are the only ones who can set things right, as they fight against injustice, while letting the power protect them.
